Listed below are the prices by unit type. These prices include your assignment to one (1) parking space in the underground garage (and a spot to park your bicycles) and five (5) appliances - a stove, fridge, dishwasher and a stacking washer and dryer (although you can choose to have them side-by-side if you prefer). These are the prices as of September 1, 2005 as we work towards occupancy before Christmas.
Please note that like a condominium, the individual household will be paying a monthly fee to contribute towards shared common costs for items such as property management, general building insurance and replacement reserve. Each household will also pay their own utilities and residential taxes.
